In order for you to prepare your stay with serenity, we have decided to make our general sales conditions more flexible.

 

For the flexible rates: 50% of the total amount of the booking at the time of booking.
Cancellation with no penalties until 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days prior to arrival: 50%.
Cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival: 100%.
The balance must be settled 15 days prior to arrival.

For the ultra-flexible rates: 10% of the total amount of the booking at the time of booking.
Cancellation with no penalties until 2 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation less than 2 days before the arrival: 100%.
The balance must be settled at the check-in.

Alpaga Gastronomic Restaurant Megève - Alpaga

Authentic cuisine

The Alpaga serves two versions of its authentic, seasonal Alpine cuisine, in La Table de l’Alpaga gastronomic restaurant and l'Onyx bistro.

La Table de l'Alpaga

For La Table, two Michelin stars restaurant since 2020, Anthony Bisquerra draws inspiration from the Alpine environment to craft menus that mirror the changing seasons. 

From the Atlantic coasts to the Megevane lands, Anthony Bisquerra has built strong relationships with local craftsmen. Passionate about the taste for good products, he offers an exclusive menu using vegetables about which he gives a particular attention.

Craftsmen provide him with exceptional products, at the pace of the seasons, the result of their fishing, farming and gardens.

 

Open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, 7:30pm to 9:30pm.

L'Onyx

For a more informal dining experience, l’Onyx is open from midday to midnight for lunch or dinner. It’s a great place to curl up with a book, play chess or for pre-dinner drinks.

This is where the hamlet’s residents treat themselves to Anthony Bisquerra’s cuisine in its “ardoise” version: a lunch and dinner menu of Alpine classic dishes that changes every day.

Open daily for lunch from 12pm to 2:30pm & for dinner from 7pm to 10pm.
