The Alpaga serves two versions of its authentic, seasonal Alpine cuisine, in La Table de l’Alpaga gastronomic restaurant and l'Onyx bistro.

La Table de l'Alpaga

For La Table, two Michelin stars restaurant since 2020, Anthony Bisquerra draws inspiration from the Alpine environment to craft menus that mirror the changing seasons. 

From the Atlantic coasts to the Megevane lands, Anthony Bisquerra has built strong relationships with local craftsmen. Passionate about the taste for good products, he offers an exclusive menu using vegetables about which he gives a particular attention.

Craftsmen provide him with exceptional products, at the pace of the seasons, the result of their fishing, farming and gardens.

 

Open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, 7:30pm to 9:30pm.

L'Onyx

В «Ониксе »  с 19:00ч до 22:00ч в более непринужденной атмосфере клиетны могут позавтракать, пообедать, поужинать, почитать, поиграть в шахматы или просто насладиться аперитивом. Здесь гости любят дегустировать кухню Шефа в версии «ардуаз», каждый день разную, на обед и на ужин, классические блюда французских Альп.
