Even before taking the first bite, the experience begins with the pale blue-green hues of the pool and the mesmerising silhouette of Es Vedrà on the horizon. Inspired by the Mediterranean and nurtured by the Balearic spirit, our cuisine pays homage to the bountiful nature of the seasons and the beauty of the terroir, with elegantly plated simple ingredients that showcase the riches of the island.

By the water’s edge, Los Olivos embodies the joyful simplicity of lunch on a summer’s day. Vibrant fare and an invitation to relax and share, to enjoy the leisurely summer days that linger. Tapas to sample, plates to share, products fresh from the garden – everything here celebrates the friendly atmosphere on the island and the gentle pace of life by the sea.

Once night falls, it’s time to reach new heights. From Petunia’s rooftop, La Mirada serves raw ingredients, cut to perfection and accented with delicate textures, for a low-key, panoramic interlude where every bite reveals another facet of the Mediterranean.
