WELLBEING WITHOUT AGENDA

What if the path to wellbeing wasn’t all that complicated? What if there was no secret formula, no hidden rulebook, no one-size-fits-all solution waiting to be unlocked?

Our philosophy begins here. Wellbeing cannot be reduced to schedules, prescriptions or passing trends. We see it as rhythm, ritual, and a way of living which honours the body, nourishes the spirit, and fills the heart. It is the freedom to move at your own pace, to drink in the landscape, to rest when you need and rise when you are called by curiosity or light. In this approach, there are no rules, only invitations. Invitations to notice the little things that make life richer, to feel more deeply and to embrace meaningful experiences.

Across our hotels, every stay is a canvas for feeling well. It is about tuning into what brings you joy, in body and spirit, whether through movement, through stillness, through shared meals, or through time spent with those you hold close.

MOVING WITH INTENTION

Time outdoors is central to Beaumier’s ethos. In Wengen, the Alps stretch endlessly before you. In winter, guided snowshoe hikes and forest walks through the Leiterhorn invite a slower communion with nature—silence, broken only by the soft crunch of snow underfoot and the faint creak of frost-laced branches. Meanwhile in Val Thorens, days may begin with first tracks on freshly groomed slopes, or with late starts and leisurely breakfasts. Skiing, fat biking, paragliding and ice walking sit alongside quieter pleasures: watching the sunrise spill across powdery peaks, gliding down a silent piste, or basking on a sun-warmed terrace. The mountains invite a certain physicality, but always on your own terms.

During the summer, yoga and Pilates retreats are an opportunity to slow down and come back to yourself through mindful movement. In the Swiss Alps, yoga is practised in the fresh mountain air, in Ibiza facing the mystical Es Vedrà, and in the South of France, as the region slips into a golden Indian summer… a chance to embrace clarity and stillness before the season turns. Throughout every stay, there is room for exercise to unfold intuitively — or not at all. Sometimes, simply sitting and observing is enough.

RITUALS OF REST

Wellbeing at Beaumier is also deeply sensory. Across our spas, we have partnered with Oh My Cream, the clean beauty experts known for their thoughtful curation of skincare brands and treatments. At the Grand Hotel Belvedere, the formulas of Susanne Kaufmann — the Austrian skincare pioneer and founder of her eponymous plant-based brand — have been carefully chosen with Oh My Cream's guidance. Here, the spa is a place of calm and thoughtful design, inspired by Japanese onsen culture, with treatments ranging from restorative massages to radiance-boosting facials, each using pure, organic ingredients.

In the Luberon, Paris-based facialist Carole Mangard has worked with Oh My Cream to create a signature treatment for Capelongue: a deeply relaxing facial that works through precise muscle release and expert lymphatic drainage, leaving skin visibly brighter. Meanwhile, on the Côte d'Azur, facialist Aurélia Del Sol brings her intuitive, restorative approach to facial massage to the spa at Les Roches Rouges, working with the fascias and deeper facial tissues, and drawing on a curated selection of Korean beauty products chosen with Oh My Cream. Both treatments reflect the same thinking: that the best skincare is shaped by who you are, where you are, and what your skin needs at that very moment.

FUEL FOR BODY AND SOUL

For Brasserie Belvedere in Wengen, what matters most is how the meal makes you feel, and the joy of gathering around the table. The menu moves between mountain comforts and lighter fare, from Alpine macaroni with smoked bacon and apple sauce, to a plant-based fondue or a vibrant superfood salad, each offering comfort and nourishment in equal measure.

As our properties open for the summer, the terraces are once again full of life's simplest pleasures. At La Chicoula on the French Riviera, alcohol-free cocktails and spirits sit alongside contemporary classics, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing aperitif in your own way. At Estelo, dining is embedded firmly in the surrounding landscape — fish arrive fresh from the market, vegetables slowly ripened by the southern sun.

Meals become a chance to pause, to savour, to reconnect. These rituals are often the most memorable: breakfasts enjoyed together, generous dinners, evenings by the fire, or spent watching the last light dissolve into the horizon.

TIME SPENT TOGETHER

So much of what makes us feel good is found in the company of others. Our health and happiness deepens through connection, with place, with nature, and with one another. The comfortable peace and quiet of a morning walk. The gentle clink of glasses over dinner. The sound of laughter as both new and familiar stories stretch into the evening. Sunlit terraces invite easy conversation, while long winter nights encourage closeness and warmth.

Our approach is a simple one, allowing each guest to fill their cup in ways that are meaningful to them. It is mornings stretching into golden afternoons, relaxed dinners, and moments of tranquility framed by sea, mountain or sky. It is a retreat that stills the mind, or a treatment shaped to the needs of your skin in that particular moment. It is the recognition that wellbeing is as much about noticing, choosing, and feeling as it is about doing.
