ENERGISING WAKE-UPS
Capelongue invites you to an early morning meeting: yoga, pilates or fitness. Our teachers will be waiting for you in the shade of the evergreen oaks to awaken body and soul to the benefits of summer.
- Yoga: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 8.30am
- Pilates: Thursday at 8.30am
- Fitness: Sunday at 9am
Saturday & Sunday sessions will start on 20 May and run until the end of October
Tuesday to Friday sessions will be offered from 16 June to 16 September
Activities open to non-residents of the hotel.
