ABOUT SIMON
For more than 20 years, Simon Kersten has guided people as a fitness coach, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. About ten years ago, he discovered his passion for yoga and has since been teaching and training others, combining yoga, functional training, and mindset work in a unique way. His focus on breathwork and cold exposure – daily ice baths and breathing techniques – builds not only physical strength but also mental clarity and resilience.
Together with his wife, he created athleticflow, an innovative concept that unites HIIT and yoga and has already inspired numerous trainers. Away from his work, Simon is a devoted father of two daughters, bringing the same presence and passion to his family as he does to his participants.
