Pleasures shared

Nature is queen

She sets the tempo. At her own pace, she supplies the restaurant and grocer's. The chefs, Delphine Rouvière and Julien Serry, are more than happy to let her lead the dance. When she is given deep respect, she allows vegetables, fish and fruit to give their best. The rest is all about tradition and combinations...

Le Moulin's restaurant

The day's harvest and catch set the tone. This is the price of freshness. On the patio and in the dining room, on the barbecue and in the ovens, the menu constantly evolves. The classics of Provence, revisited with exotic spices and touches, are the common thread.

Julien Serry - Chef's portrait
Julien Serry - Chef's portrait

I loved eating and running all over the place. I couldn’t see myself spending hours sat at a desk…

So Julien Serry was destined to become a chef. But not at a star-studded restaurant. After Paris’s luxury eateries, the Ile-de-France native wanted to explore other types of restaurants, both in the French capital and elsewhere. A turning point in the career of this highly-promising young chef. Portrait.

Breakfast

Jams by “Roland” in Bonnieux, home-made granola, a beautiful seasonal fruit salad, sheep milk cheese from Luberon, specialty coffee from Lomi, chia seed pudding, local fresh vegetable juice… Adopting an approach that is holistic, plant-based and infused with the spirit of Provence, the first meal of the day is in step with the times and the local region.
